To increase flexibility of provisions.
To fulfil the residential potential of the College and increase residential students numbers.
To increase the students day places.
To increase student outcomes in terms of progression, qualifications, and work experience overall.
To extend participation of students and staff in the development of the College through regular student and staff meetings in the homes and College.
To actively pursue a policy of equality of opportunity for day students by increasing the learning hours and classes available.
To provide additional value added opportunities for students through increased recreational and social provision.
To provide additional individual training opportunities for staff from across the College.
To apply a set of indicators against which college performance can be measured as stated above.
